工培训方面的经费是很大的。我认为学习对员工对公司都很重要，虽然通过工作、实践来学习也是学习的一种途径。但是集中系统的理论学习可能效果会更快一些，沟通的成本也会因此而大大降低。**对于一个企业，我觉得成本最高的地方就在沟通上面，因为大家的想法千奇百怪，受教育的背景也各不相同，沟通的时候，如果没有一个统一的理论基础，可能会影响到工作的效率。**如果公司有一套成形的系统学习方案，员工在培训时就不断地接受同一种理论的影响，沟通起来也会慢慢变得容易，沟通成本自然也就降低了。公司各方面的改进也会加快,这样日积月累，对公司的成长很有好处。",[385,437,438],{},"其实民营企业的老总参与学习的也挺多，只是各自的方式不同而已。学习的方法有多种，并非一定要坐在课堂上，自己自学、上夜校、向别人请教、讨论、等都可以。学习的途径不是绝对的。像我这种学习相对来说比较系统，但是花的时间和精力也多，一般情况下，下这个决心不太容易。我选择这种方式的原因一方面是我觉得进学校学习的效率会髙一些，压力也比较大，逼着我不能以任何的理由和借口来回避学习；另一方面是中欧的老师有很强的实战经验和多年的经营管理方面的研究，水平都很髙，我能学到很多东西；再一方面就是由于我在公司一般不参与日常的管理工作，不用每时每刻都盯在公司，所以相对很多人来说我还有些时间。",[385,440,441,442,445],{},"**说了这么多学习，其实它就是为了让我们在遇到某一类问题时运用自己的思维方式去寻找一个最佳的解决方案，而不是去找什么标准答案。**如果还问我为什么要学习的话，那就是
